Ask for quote had to ring eight hour’s later to obtain. Then told had t wait four days to see if job could be done. Had to wait fourteen days for job to be completed. Not told job would be outsourced. Opposition could have parts three days if by road or overnight by air I was not given choice.Problem receiving refund after being told cost of quote would be taken off final price when car repairs finished.finally quote is a quote decision is made on that figure

Bumped valve and manifold filled with oil took 4 days to get it back. Simple service turned into nightmare. Once area manager got invoked it was fixed straight away because I lodged a coll no plaint. Never go back.

STAFF were very helpful and gave useful advice. The work was done in good time and of excellent quality.

Hub caps weren't put on properly after new tyres , screws were touched in the light bar in my canopy, who knows why they had to touch that , cost me $950 only to come home and have to fix things myself , thanks mycar

I brought my car in for a service, stating my coolant light was on.
Picked up car, paid, told nothing wrong
My coolant light is back on the next day.
They offered to squeeze me back in for an assessment, which was king
They tell me there's a coolant leak. It will need to be booked back in a third time to fix it.
When exploring why this was not picked up it was told to me that this can happen at any time- seeing as the light was on for weeks prior I find it hard to believe it started leaking the day after a service. It was palmed off essentially and no apology given.
In hindsight I discovered that I was charged double for the service. Multiple calls and yet another trip in had to be made to sort. No apology was given for the mistake on their behalf.

Unfortunately has lost all faith with this mycar and have booked my car elsewhere to have the potential leak sorted out.

Had a recent service that was done quickly and easily. I have an issue with my power steering and after cleaning and coming back to get it diagnosed, Mark recommended I take my car directly to the power steering place as multiple parts of the system need replacing. I really appreciate the commitment to good service even over making a few extra dollars by keeping the work in house.

The guys were helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Great service, helpful when I asked questions. Only wish they had called and said result of service and did I want to go ahead with anything mentioned Eg. Radiator cap replacement. I would have said yes replace. But honest great service. Will continue to return. Thanks Team (insert high fives.)
