Really good experience

Really good experience. I was busy with something else and had forgotten my appointment. Got a text asking me if I'd forgotten. Turned up asap and everything was fine. Love my new tyres.
Perhaps a text message on the morning of the appt to remind me of it would be my only suggestion.
