Phone call to tell me what the car needed, but when I asked for advice on what car I should be looking at upgrading too Spencer wasn’t very helpful at all, just said it’s personal preference, but stay away from diesel. Would have liked a little more clarity about what makes and models to avoid

Took my car in for a basic service!
Nothing wrong with it when I dropped it off.
When I picked it up I drove for 20 seconds and engine lights came up!
A problem with the turbo which wasn't there when I dropped it off!
Ended without my car as I had to leave it there over the weekend for them to look at on the Monday!
Lost a days work as the Ute is my work vehicle! And paid $229 for the pleasure of a terrible service!
Part of the service is a road test! Obviously not done or the problem was manufactured to get more money out of me!
As I lost a days work I think the least that should have happened is the service charge refunded!

Thank you for seeing me at the last minute and fixing my puncture, I appreciate you accommodating me on short notice

The place was severely under staffed. And the front desk guy needs to learn some customer service skills.

Shout out to the boys at my car Carrum downs. Went in at closing time yesterday evening a puncture in my tyre.

Very eager to help and fixed it for me on the spot very grateful as I was some distance from my destination.

Told I needed an airfilter even though I had replaced it 2 days prior. Showed reception the Repco receipt, he apologised, however I have had issues with some mechanics telling me things that are not true. I am disappointed and cannot recommend thìs business.

Took my car in for a service. When i picked it up i was told they had the wrong pollen filter to fit my ute. Fair enough, honest mistake. Rebooked to jave the right one installed plus 2 new tyres. Upon pick up was told pollen filter never arrived so job was incomplete. They had over a week from when i rebooked to the service date to get the part in. I also asked for window washer jets to be cleaned/unblocked. They are still blocked. Damage was done to metal plate the rear lights are attched to under ute tray. Bent out of shape, asked them to fix it ,not done. Wheel alignment paid for, still pulls heavily to the left. I'm really not sure what this mechanic does. Nothing i asked for was achieved, further damage done to my ute.

I had a tire emergency and the team managed to squeeze me in and I had my tire changed in one hour. Super happy about the service

Did a great job. Told me upfront what needed doing and what needed monitoring. Pricing was pretty good also

Clean tidy premises and workshop. Work done as described. Punctual

Max was fantastic. Very accommodating when I had to change the appt date. Very thorough and explained everything easily. He was clear on what repairs were needed in future as well.

Got tyres done. They even checked what needs to be done and gave me a list.

Was very efficient. Job was finished within the time given. Advised me what is needed on my next visit

They were prompt. In fixing the problem
