Booked my car on Friday to get new tyres on Saturday, come to find when I got there it was not book in and the tyres I wanted where not in stock. Customer service was very poor.

I've been going here for a few years now and never had a bad experience. Even tho when I go there and the phone is always ringing and deliveries keep coming Greg will still take his time to explain everything to me. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

They took my car last minute on a Saturday for a quick fuel filter change which helped me out heaps. They are straight up about what needs doing and what doesn’t

Feel a bit like it was rip off a little old lady. I knew I’d have to pay extra on top of what I’d paid by prebooking the service and was quoted $500 to $600 for brakes. But this ended up being $700. Also charged for an air filter that is normally included in services that I’ve had from dealerships. Think that save $100 off service was actually snuck back in with other charges.

Exceptional car service for my old Fiat 500C. Not only the service is exceptional but the vast knowledge about different car models is amazing! The manager assisted me with ordering new hard to find car parts. It’s the service and customer care that one could not find anywhere. Thanks to MyCar &Auto Casula.
