We've been there for the last two years for our car maintenance and the staff are always friendly and look after us in the greatest manner. They would point out the potential issue we need to notice to extend the car battery life and other small reminders are helpful too!

The team were extremely proactive and made the whole process simple. I was after a no fuss & no jargon experience which was cost effective and it was better than expected. I'll definitely use My Car Chadstone again.

They fit the wrong tyre & i had to rebook the appointmeng to get it fixed. This cost me twice the cab amount & waste of time.

Got a puncture on a tyre purchased from MyCar just 3 months ago (4 tyres purchased). Dropped vehicle for puncture repair and MyCar ended up replacing the tyre with under their tyre plan for free as the puncture could not be repaired.
Carlos at MyCar Chadstone was great facilitating easy drop off, pickup, spot on-time repair and communication.

Recently, I took my car in for servicing, and during a routine inspection, it was determined that both the brake pads and discs needed replacement. I authorized the necessary repairs, and the work was executed with exceptional professionalism and in a timely manner.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the completed job and the level of service provided throughout the process. The outcome has met my expectations, and I am delighted to have my vehicle functioning optimally once again.

2nd time using MyCar and won't be back.

The constant upselling makes me feel like I'm at a McDonalds except the upsell costs me $4000 instead of just a large fries.

It was found today (31 Aug) bottom plate cover is opened due to lost bolts.

I had my car serviced at mycar Chadstone, and purchased new tyres as well. I was after the Pirelli sale but they ran out of stock (they did put it through for me to check). To offset they offered a reasonable discount on their Viking home brand tyres. After the service, a low clunking noise started happening when I was braking. This progressively got worse and I rang them after a month. I brought the car in, they found that the brake pads needed adjusting and they fixed the issue for me free of charge. Very professional service and I will come back again for my next service or repair.

Dropped off my car at Chadstone Shopping Centre. Couple hours later was advised via phone of servicing results. No urgent repairs required so I was able to pick it up within 3 hours of dropping off. Very streamlined process and Carl was great at answering any questions I had.

the only mechanic I’ve found who doesn’t overcharge and doesn’t charge me for things I don’t need.

Basic service undertaken. Specifically reported a check engine light when dropped for servicing; MyCar team did not investigate this fault nor report on error at service. I now have to have the car reinspected - I will not be using MyCar for this due to the inconvenience
