Efficient friendly and timely service and staff.

Friendly service and staff nothing was was a problem.

Well, for the third consecutive year they made me change two tyres for a pink slip. These tyres only had 13,000k on them. When I brought it back for the tyres they said the inspector was away, and they sign off the next morning. Had the ring back a week later to get the car passed off.

Logbook service carried out to manufacturers specifications , contacted when extra work needed and given option to do it or not . Car ready at requested time . ,washed and tidy. Conveniently located near Charlestown Square .

The whole experience was made great by the store manager Louis, absolute professional that kept me updated throughout the whole process, customer service A+++++

Shocking, terrible - quoted parts prices close to double the real cost. Check with other local mechanics before going ahead. Noticed some other customers in reviews got the same treatment and paid half or less than half of the cost at another workshop in the area. The company accountants need an audit. Current Affairs should look into it. Don't go there, there are other mechanics nearby who charge properly.

Polite, communicative, efficient, honest in terms of pricing and best buy for the price.

They charged me almost $200 and 2 hours of labour just to replace and install my windscreen wipers. I went to Supercheap Auto down the road and it was $21 and took them 5 mins to install!! They also told me all my tires needed replacing and I personally checked the tires and weren't even close to the knob and I had them replaced in 2023. THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME $2000 TO REPLACE THEM!!!! The fact your company has these kinds of people that are going to up-charge me because they think because 'I'm a girl I don't know better' is sick!!! Go talk to your team at Charlestown about this because this treatment is sickening.

and the work was done before the said finish time would definitely recommend them to all friends and family
