Quick and easy, lovely staff and hassle free

Had some major work done. Unfortunately there was a residual oil leak. They fixed it quickly without defensiveness and apologised for inconvenience. Everyone can make a mistake so the important thing is how well you fix up.

The manager of this branch was very helpful however but other staff wasn’t when I inquired the ETA since it was taking so long, not enough info and showed frustration on my inquiry.

Friendly service and gave a lot of information

Michael and John (I hope I’ve got their names right), the two gentlemen at the Chatswood location, were exceptionally professional. They displayed lovely manners, maintained professionalism throughout, and were punctual. A truly positive experience.

The website is misleading. I booked at Chatswood Shopping Centre but was given two different addresses—Chatswood West and Alleyne St. Fortunately, I called to confirm the correct location.

It was a much older car that was recently acquired and expected to have a few issues in its first major service including a planned clutch change. Team kept me up to-date on the work and helped to fix / replace some key technical issues that was discovered through the repairs.

Car not ready on time, repairs and service more expensive than I anticipated.

Fabulous as always

I had a flat tyre and they helped me replaced it in just 20 minutes! So efficient!

The staff were friendly, helpful and explained everything that I didn't understand, they were also on time with their service.

First time at Mycar Chatswood and I’m very impressed with everything from start to finish. I was well informed wirh all happening with my car. Plus I got a free roadside assist for one year. Good on you guys.
