I had thought I had made a appointment on line,it turns out I had not completed it I spoke to a lovly young man named Peter who went above and beyond to accommodate me,he was absolutely magnificent which I have now decided why would I want to go any where else.

Honest and helpful staff

Peiter and his team are very professional in their approach to the car service industry

Their pricing is fair and better than the big car companies servicing centres,we leave My car Clarkson knowing our car is safe for us to drive

Quick service

Excellent service very professional and reliable. Staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Huge job required on my vehicle and was kept informed of every step. Cost extremely competitive and every effort was made to complete the work in as timely matter as possible. Couldn’t fault the service at all.

Long story short , pop in MyCar Clarkson as my rear tyre was losing air slowly, suspected valve issue
I was taken care of straight away, although I had no appointment - "come back in 20- 30 minutes, and we will have this sorted for you "
After some shopping, I returned an hour later, walked up to the counter to pay for my service
To my surprise, the service was free !!
I asked in disbelief twice
" Yes all good, have a great day "
What a legend, thank you so much for replacing my tyre valve stem, as it had a split in it
It pays off to be a regular customer !

Even though they were very busy, they were still friendly.
They still made sure I knew my car is just as important as all the others they have to work on.
I went for a new tyre and emphasized there was no rush.....I was contacted only one hour later to say it was ready!

One great bonus about 'mycar' is the Flybuys, a little closer to my next $10 off my groceries.

I booked tyre rotation at 8:30am on Friday 16th Jan. I dropped my car and came back at 10:30am. My car was still sitting outside non touched. After a while, they got my car tyre rotation done very quickly. Next day in my car port, I found the wheel balancer fell onto the ground. That is why you should not rush the job and just get it done quickly. This is either over booking or they prioritized other customers because my tyre rotation was free comes with the tyre when I purchased from my car.

Service performed on time. Very honest feedback and great customer care.

Great Staff, Great Service, Kind Friendly, Welcoming and Informative

Always a friendly professional service with upfront costs on repairs needed on my car. Never pushy when it comes to work required, leaving the decision to me.
