mycar Tyre & Auto - Cleveland レビュー 

Mycar replaced my battery a couple of months ago and the other day it went flat, thinking maybe it's faulty and took it back to Victoria Point where I bought it, and was advised that it was my alternator that was the problem and quoted me $1228.00 to replace it, I explained that the alternator was replace 3yrs prior and was told it was out of warranty, To cut a long story short I made a few calls to get a better price and that's where Lachland at Mycar Cleveland quoted me $815.00 for the replacement. so I booked it in for the Wednesday morning on the 19th. Arrived and left the keys with Lachland and grabbed a MacDonald and did a bit of window shopping, About an hr and a half later the job was done and went back to pay and was informed by Lachland the the alternator was replaced under warranty and all I owed was $206.00 labour. Well? I'm absolutely stoked and delighted that he took the time to check the history of jobs done on the car by Mycar in the past. When your a pensioner It means a great deal. Thanks mate your a champ.

Always good staff, good service, good timing, prompt response, however....

I have 300,000km on the X-Trail and I book all my work with you guys, brakes tyres servicing wipers etc, may I suggest that you not try to upsell me - the last two services I booked as usual the basic service (what you call essential) and you tried to bill me essential plus. Not professional.

Also, you may know that the only reason I book with Cleveland is because you run me home before and after (a two minute drive, very kind of Isaac and of Kaiden). However this last service I was told they couldn't do the return drop-off being too busy so I walked there, 40 minutes to find two people there and not a single vehicle in the shop. Please gentlemen, it really suits me to book with you, please realise how important to me is this courtesy pick-up/drop-off.
