This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Upon arriving late due to mistakenly going to the wrong MYCAR location, I was greeted by Vincent, who was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. I was facing a long walk home, but Vincent kindly offered to drive me and also brought the car back to me after the service. This type of customer service is rare. Well done.

This is the best customer service u can get, they are honest and prices are good. Communication with what is wrong with your car and what needs to be done is outstanding we won't go anywhere else thankyou guys we appreciate u.

It was easy to book the service, the job was completed promptly and efficiently and the few items that need attention for the next service were duly noted.Price was competitive and as quoted. We will use Mycar again.

Vincent made the booking process very easy and accommodated my request without any issues. The gentleman who I left my car with on the day was lovely too (he had a very cool sally tattoo) easy going and very straight forward!

Excellent customer service from Vince. Price was a bit of a shock but isn't that always the way with car servicing?!

Will never go through them again

I booked a base service for my vehicle and they check over and call me told me that I need to replace a few parts.. told them to do replace one part today and I will discuss rest when I pick up.. we discussed all what need to do and I booked in for one of the parts to be done a week later and the quote me $235 and then on Monday then called me and said I gave you the wrong price it’s $1000 so I cancel it and I wanted to get a second opinion to see if there is anything really wrong with my car. Another mechanic had alook and even ran a few test in front of me and proved Mycar very wrong.
It was all just a money grab shame on you!!!!

Great place for tires. Also love their tire lifetime warrany, where even punctures are handled for free.

The only reason for 4 Stars was it took atleast 3 min's to be acknowledged at the counter, I was the only person there, the young man was on the computer but just a little, "I'll be with you in a minute," would have been nice. Other than that, I was extremely impressed with this fellows service. He did a thorough job at finding a hidden slow leak in my tire & was not going to let me leave until it was fixed. 4.9 Stars should is what I'd prefer to give. 🙂

Ethan was great, from the moment I first enquired he was timely and answered all of my questions. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find anyone to fix my car being the Christmas Holidays!

He updated me at every point and overall I would highly recommend Ethan and mycar Tyre and Auto Clyde to everyone!

The team kept me informed as to what was going on and they worked on my car as quickly as they could, seeing as it was nearly Christmas and my car was unexpectedly towed to them.
