Great and quick service. Staffs are noice and friendly.

Super easy to book a service and great staff.

This was the first time I had to make a major decision about my car since my dad passed away and the mechanic that helped me was amazing. He was really honest and helpful and I felt really looked after. I unfortunately had to sell my car to a wreckers but the mechanic who helped me gave me advice and made sure I had a rough idea of what my car was worth before getting quotes. Once I find my next car I will definitely be taking it back here.

Staff are very easy to deal with. Quick turnaround with the service, good price, and roadside assist for a year thrown in. Not sure why you’d go anywhere else.

Seems to have different staff. Couldn’t find the fault and had described and kind of dismissed me saying diesels are noisy. Hard sell on brakes which I need but didn’t need to pressure when they couldn’t fix what I came for.

Very convenient. I was kept informed on progress and I'm happy with the addition of yearly roadside assist with my log book service.

Quick turn around, staff was very helpful. Booked car in for following morning to rotate the wheels and do a wheel alignment.

They checked my car as it was having electrical problems but couldn't solve my issue. They were not afraid to tell me this and recommend a place to take it that would have the equipment to hopefully find and solve my issue.
I commend the honesty and helpfulness in trying to solve me issue.

I had a great experience with this car service. The team was efficient, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was completed on time without any hassle. It’s reassuring to find a service you can genuinely trust — I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to others.

Dropped off my car for a Tyre repair on a Saturday and was notified that the tyre could not be fixed due to a side wall puncture which was completely understandable - After a quick call from the store it was agreed that the spare tyre would be put on (As it is a full size spare) and a new tyre would be ordered on the Monday.

I got a text half an hour later advising the work had been done - my partner went to pick up the car and on arrival was advised that the spare tyre wasn't put on and to go and take it elsewhere to sort as they couldn't get the spare tyre off.

I'm unsure how a mechanic can't change a spare or at least look up how to if not known, but I am also disappointed that a quick call before going to pick up wasn't made. Pretty average service and will happily avoid going back here in future.
