The customer service was exceptional. The manager Craig was friendly and willing offered information about how to get my car re registered. He was very personable and professional and transparent in everything they did. Craig is a good man and I would go there again and again. They know their stuff too. Thanks Craig and team

Easy to deal with, problem fixed the same day.

Easy dealing with them. Job done to perfection.

I went in at the appointed time, but Craig didn’t have the tyre available which he said on the phone that he did. I went in to change one tire which had a screw in it. They had a look and said I needed to change two of my tyres. I really only wanted to change the tire which was damaged by the screw, but I reluctantly agreed. However, then I said no I will just replace the damaged tire and think about the other one. He said he would need a deposit to order it in for that afternoon and I said that was fine. Then he changed his mind and said he wanted full payment for the tyre. I said I would pay the deposit. He said he now wanted full payment because I was wasting his time changing my mind from two tyres to one tyre! I left and went elsewhere. In fact, the Customer Service was so good at the other place I got both tyres changed!

My car is good, working well and the staff is very good and well mannered too. Treat people well.

I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name but his expertise and genuinely helpful nature was first rate. He was friendly and I could tell he knew his craft inside out.

I booked my car in to be re gassed and the service was professional and speedy. Also , the price was fairly cheap compared to other mechanics.

My Mechanic was overseas & My Car was recommended to me, I required replacement of all hoses, new tyres, service & radiator checked
I asked that the car be checked as it was stopping in the middle of traffif if I did not keep my foot on the petrol, it was difficult to start, it is still the same after all the work I had done to the car. I still feel it has something to do with the Petrol Pump. It has been checked & My Car can not seem to find the Complaint, but it happens often & dangerous if on a busy road apart from this complaint I am happy with the work that has been done on the car.
If Matt or someone could please call me as when I got the car back the other day there is a leak from the right hand side of the car now, not water but no odour from whatever it is, this has not happened before now & with all the work I had done I was told the car would last me a long time before needing more work. Took my daughters car in Craig and the guys couldn’t be more helpful diagnosing it as a cracked piston and advises to take to dealer which we did and had fixed under good will thanks guys for your help

Craig is always so accommodating and helpful whenever I turn up out of the blue with an issue. He’s very trustworthy and explains things to me in ways I understand. Whenever possible, I always make sure I bring my cars to Craig.
