Delivered my car to Keysborough at 8:30 as told to and requested pick up at 12. I arrived at 12:10 and they hadn’t started the service. Will never use you again.

The Guys at My Car Dandenong were great. Customer service and people skills were terrific. They were very honest and upfront when I took my car in, because it needed extensive repairs. The only issue I had was it took a long time to get my car back, but again the friendly customer service somewhat made up for it.

Took 3 days to change a radiator and…
Took 3 days to change a radiator and water pump and was charged over $600 for 4 hours labour. All new parts were provided by me. Car has been making weird noises since I picked it up. Never again. Stay well clear of these guys.

Bad communication
There was a communication issue between the staff and me. He could not understand my Australian accent and I could not understand his accent/fast speech. This lead to many miscommunications and incorrect information given to me. Next time I will go to a garage which communicates clearly. The Work done was fine

When I booked
When I booked, I paid 430$. In the branch, they guy was saying that it's 750$. It was shocking. Then he said he mistakenly added fuel filter replacement! Which was not due for another 80000. This means they wanted to add something to get more money, or they are just not that smart! What if I said fine. Change it? We rely on your expertise
