Great team, great communication

Front driver side tyre had a nail. Took the car without any booking early morning. Thet were happy to repair and picked up the car around lunch time. Good service.

The staff pointed out some areas that I need to keep an eye on. They were very helpful and kept me informed as the work was being performed

Found about 30 small stones in the tyres after driving out of your car park. Service was fine.

Fast and efficient service. Reliable and friendly staff. Always a good experience for customers.

Was easy to organise, local business and way cheaper than my dealers set price service. I had no issues. Very happy to find a good place walking distance from my home. Saved $42 on getting Uber's.

East Perth Centre. Experience of purchase/fitting new tyre $120.00 was EXCELLENT. However 2,5 months later the tyre is flat and it is not safe to drive my car. The call centre advised me to tow the car to them at my cost (hundreds of $) to assess the problem. And somehow to coordinate the towing with an appointment with MyCar. Really disappointed. 😞

Manager was very happy and organised my tyres that day and I waited did not take long great service thx 👍

Good prompt service. Constant dialogue over phone with up todate progress of service.

Helpful, and quick. And they don't quibble about warranty work. I have had 5 punctures in 4 years and one set of completely new low noise tyres. Each time I keep going back for good advice and excellent service.

I have our car serviced every year here and Mycar
are always reliable and give a great service.

I made an online appointment to have a tyre replaced between 9:30 and 11:00 the following day. When I arrived the paperwork was on the desk and the serviceman was familiar with my name and the work to be done. I was contacted by text at 10:45 to advuxe the work was done. Streamlined, efficient service. You can't ask for anything else.

Tyres were good and they matched the price . It took a 30 minute call to do so though . I nearly gave up . Also greasy fingerprints on car panels after tyre fitted and crucially battery warning was on as they must have had the aircon or something left on whilst doing the work

I really appreciate the kindness and patience of the whole team here. Fantastic customer service. I will remain a regular. Sadly, wasn’t 10/10 this time like my last service hence 4/5 stars. I picked up my vehicle as COB. As I was driving home from the shop I noticed that the right indicator wasn’t functioning properly. This was within seconds of leaving after a mechanic did the test drive. I did call the team to find out what happened during the service and left a message. Unfortunately never received a call back or my invoice. I left it as I know it’s a busy time of year which is totally reasonable. I ended up going to Ultra Tune in Highgate to fix the problem who I also recommend for those in the area. May have been a coincidence that a burst headlight bulb wasn’t noticed.
