Car was serviced in a timely manner, communication was excellent. I felt reassured that all was good with my car.

I called ahead to get help with a particular issue, and said ‘if possible a service would also be great, no problem if not’. They booked me in for a service, and when I arrived and attempted discuss the issue at hand, I was angrily told that they were too busy, didn’t have enough staff and had 19 cars backed up to deal with it. I was told the service could be done and only if they had time would they look at the issue. I know it can be hard some days with lots on the schedule, but I had only come in for help with that specific issue as prior to that morning it was causing me to have to disconnect/reconnect my car battery each time I turned the car off and on.

I am very disappointed with the service I received today at the My Car Eastland store.

Simply none of the issues I listed were resolved and they even delivered the car to me with an extremely loud noise that was not there when I left the car.

The service started off terrible when I tried to drop off the car and the employee who greeted me did not tell me exactly where I should leave the car. There was no parking space in front of the store.

When I scheduled the service, I listed all the things I wanted to be checked during the scheduled service. To my surprise, for 3 hours I did not receive any calls or messages asking if the extra service could be done or a quote (as had happened with previous services).

I was informed that the service had finished, and when I arrived at the store the attendant said that none of the things I had listed could be checked because it was Saturday (no one told me this when I scheduled). If I scheduled the service for Saturday it is because I cannot take the car during the week. The worst was yet to come, the car was delivered to me WORSE than when I left it. The car was making a loud noise when I started it and the steering was completely out of alignment, "pulling" to the left.
When I asked the mechanic, they told me that they had checked it and the car was perfect. To me, it is clear that nothing was checked and I am not sure if the service listed as done really happened!!
Now I need to look for another garage to redo the service I paid for and fix the problem that was caused by My Car.
Simply the worst service I have ever received in my life.

Serviced seemed fine but upon pick up was told of no issues only to get home to realise things needing fixing on the car. I was not notified of any of these and would have liked a quote. A little frustrated at the lack of service to say the least

The service was all done in one day, and when I went to collect my car I was given a detailed debriefing on what they had found, and what they had done.
In particular I appreciated advice about one of the tyres which had a "cut" in it, from what I don't know but the tyre was not deflating. A wheel alignment was also recommended, which I will get done by MyCar Rosny.

Booked and paid for a service online, but little did I know it was to be on the windiest day ever. The wind was howling through the garage, yet they persisted and took great care of my baby (unlike me, who has been avoidant and negligent with my car care). They informed me her tyres NEED replacing and they had an affordable set that fit. I was suspicious (because I'm poor and paranoid about being scammed), but they told me I paid an extra $200 in my original booking and they can comp it if I want new tyres. The amount of financial stress that left my body gave me so much relief and restored my faith in humanity (I am v poor and it sucks). I didn't end up paying much out of pocket for a full new set of tyres with customer support included and they were real about my options. I left with a healed car and some phat new wheels WOO. Thanks for being kind and honest :)

Great service, flexible with timing and pick up.

Quiet service and full explanation of expected work required.

They had incorrectly booked my time for the day and so there was a bit of a muck up, but it was an easy mistake to fix, They still managed to get me in and sorted which was lovely and still got everything done. Wonderful service and friendly staff.

Would highly recommend these guys.

The Eastlands Tasmania outlet can always be relied on to do a good job. Mine was logbook and there was no push for extras - in and out at times previously arranged. Everything asked for checking was done as requested. Tyres highlighted for attention sometime soon (as expected)

It was easy to book online for 4 x new tyres and a wheel balance. They are upfront with pricing, and ordered the tyres I wanted in (so my service date was about 5+ days which is fine).
Drop off and pick up was easy with no wait, and they even finished early. Would recommend.

My cars was running terrible for a long time. Been to multiple mechanics and was not impressed. My car rosny fixed my engine finally and now drives better than the day i bought it. Very thorough, i will be taking my car there everytime from now on. Cheers legends!
