Great customer experience and professional service. Highly recommend!

This is my second visit to MyCar at The PInes Elanora, and once again the team were welcoming, courteous and even replace a headlight globe free of charge. Absolute gents. Will be returning

It's the first time I've trusted MyCar (Elanora) with a service... and sadly, I won't be returning. I have a Toyota CHR & have never had any issues with it (it's it 5yrs old)... but after this service, the electronics in the car went...I took my car back & these guys said, it had nothing to do with them (even though there was not a thing wrong prior to them touching my car). I now have to wait for Toyota to fit me in and do a complete diagnostic, but even they think MyCare altered something... I wanted to support local, support MyCar... but now I'm going to have to pay a hell of a lot more to fix what they have broken

Service booked 2 weeks in advance. Didn't have the right oil to do change so now have to take car back another day for this to be done. Wiper fluid not topped up. Second time have had service done at this store and things not done as stated in service description. Staff to busy stuffing around with each other to do job properly. Won't be back.

We urgently needed a tyre repaired as we were about to go on holiday. Ray and the team were super helpful and managed to fit us in last minute. Highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful

I took my car in without an appointment and asked if they could look underneath it as my dogs had been frantically trying to get at something. They were more than happy to help. They found a rat was nesting in the splash shield. I am so grateful they were able to fit me in, find the problem and they didn’t charge me at all. Thank you so much !!

3 out of 5 of my wheel nut bolt caps were damaged when my tyre was replaced. I called the store and although the staff member was polite, they have failed to provide a follow up phone call, or replace the part as I requested, having called the same day the day the work was completed.

My car was ready to be picked at stated time. My car is running very well after it’s service . The staff at My Car are always very helpful and don’t mind answering any questions , thank you

Replaced seat belt buckle great job. Unfortunately the wheel alignment machine broke down but have rescheduled for Monday. Many thanks to the my car team

Excellent service from the booking process through to the tyre replacement.

Slipped on the floor twice due to rain and no mat.
The guy tried to charge me for a brand new tyre when all I had was a puncture repair.
When I walked in after an hour and a half the guy looked at me like he didn’t know who I was or why I was there. I’d got a text u to I say my car was ready. He should have recognised me and put two and two together. Idiot.
Not impressed.

I just called into my car the pines, with a nail in my tyre.
Service was unbelievable they attended to it straight away.
