Good price and service

I've never felt that smoothness in my car before.

It is a little thing yet a tech screw resulting in a flat tyre stops you very quickly. Sudi the manager at Findon, although very busy, made a gap for my tyre repair. He is a pleasant person and fair to deal with. The work was well done and I would recommend MyCar Findon for any automobile work.

My experience was exceptional.

I needed 4 new tires fitted to my vehicle, I called to make a booking at one of your service centers near to my residence, and your team member found Findon My Car store had the particular brand / type available which was in stock, and able to be fitted on the day and time most convenient with my plans for that particular day. I was given a very competitive quote, which also included a wheel alignment. I was extremely happy with the prompt service, and my vehicle was ready to be collected much sooner than anticipated. I'd be more than happy to be a repeat customer, and refer any future customers to My car Findon.

Experience with the store is generally fine except the operator came across as trying to upsell a pre-purchased service. Also almost double charging the pre-purchased service if invoice was not checked.

Friendly, quick service. Didn't try to talk me into buying unnecessarily expensive options

Extremely disappointing service. Staff were rude and pushy over the phone. Calling multiple times over an hour before the store was due to close asking when my car would be collected. The requested and quoted brand of tyres over the phone were not the brand fitted. Have been a long time customer with mycar with very positive experiences at Firle and Rose Park, cannot say the same for Findon.

Nice friendly people and great communication regarding discussing what needed to be done.

Joe from My Car Findon, took a desperate call from me yesterday after purchasing a vehicle via Buy Swap Sell that showed a red light flashing for oil. Joe doesn't know this but he saved me a great deal of financial hardship and stress by taking my call and giving me immediate advice. The team at Findon made my experience very relaxed and seemless, they listened to what I said and explained my options carefullly. I felt like I was really getting value for money with an experienced team.
My only criticism was the lack of eye-catching signage, I've driven past the store for 2 years and never noticed it before.
