mycar Tyre & Auto - Frankston レビュー 

Recently the staff at mycar Tyre & Auto gave me a thorough service and clearly explained what they needed to do beforehand. One task they completed was a coolant flush as I had wrongly mixed two different types together myself over the weekend. For this reason I promised my family I would ask a mechanic to show me where to put oil & coolant in my car. A mechanic kindly did this for me before I left.

I had tyres and a wheel alignment at Mycar Frankston today. Tyres and alignment were completed very quickly, tyres are great and so was the service. Will definitely deal with Frankston Mycar again.

Came in with 2 screws in a front tire before work with no appointment. The staff especially Matt at the front desk was especially helpful.
They had the tire repaired and l was on my way in about 15 minutes. Things couldn’t have gone any better from my point of view.

The staff were all extremely helpful, I found myself in a difficult situation and they went out of their way to assist me and get things sorted for me.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Frankston store to friends and family.

The team at Frankston is friendly and helpful. They do a great job and unlike some repairers do not try to find extra items to bulk up the bill.

Many thanks for our recent tyre change at Frankston MyCar.

I did want to give some feedback about the spare tyre.

Unfortunately, the spare tyre was not secured back in place in the boot, and the water has come up into the cabin.

I wonder if it is worth adding a tick box to the customer service document to ensure this is checked and completed.

I have an old Mazda so I am not fussed too much but this may become a problem with a customer who has an expensive car.

I contacted MyCar Frankston on Tuesday morning regarding a problem with the headlights on my car.
During my discussion with Mark(?) I told him that I would attend the Frankston store after I finished work.
The staff assessed the problem and it was fixed to my satisfaction while I waited.
I regularly use this business and the service is always

Book my vehicle to have your $249 oil change. received a call to say I needed a brake fluid flush, new wiper blades, an air filter and a wheel alignment. I agreed to all but the wiper blades as these as these had only been replaced 3 weeks earlier. When I picked up my vehicle, the service manager at Frankston refused to fill in my log book. When I got home after travelling a full 3 km's, I checked the oil and noted the oil was not changed. I called the service center and was told the reason why I had such a high oil level was due the DPF dumping diesel straight into the sump. The only upside is that they asked me to come back and complete the oil change (as it should have been done in the first instance).....I can now see why the book was not filled out...I can also confirm there is no issue with the DPF as the car has been operating normally which confirms the oil change was never done at the outset. I also question whether the additional work (at an additional $273) they claim needed to be done was ever completed. Would I ever go back to MyCar or recommend them to anyone.....?? Absolutely not!!

My experience was so good I am now returning to have my car looked at more regularly, after having a really bad experience 12 months ago is was devastated. The staff now there are fantastic highly recommended and compassionate
