My car was serviced in a timely manner, staff very nice to deal with, and I thought the pricing was good.

The service was easily booked and the service was easily explained and the notice of further work was relayed promptly to enable it to be carried out quickly and without delays.
Neil was very courteous and respectful with our interactions.

I think the laber cost was a little too much for 1 hour I paid 450 $ in laber is to much I think

Really easy to book in the service online, great information provided before the service so I knew what to expect and what to do.
On the day the team were great, the location is absolutely spotless and really obvious the team really care about their workplace and the cars. The team were excellent, very clear and concise in the information provided and fixed up my car.
The 12 month roadside assist is an exceptional addition.
Hastings has a great location with plenty of parking - so you dont have to worry about rushing out onto the main road.
Highly recommend.

Today I had driven all of the way from Traralgon and my engine light came on when I pulled into the car park and asked for assistance. These guys were absolutely fantastic thank you so much for all of your help. Really appreciate it being so far away from home. I was a bit stressed out the guy that helped me was absolutely wonderful. Thanks again 😊

Great customer service

Booked my car in for an end of warranty check.
Specifically stated that I wanted to have the car inspected so the warranty company could fix it before my policy runs out.
Got the quote after the inspection and was told that Mycar don’t deal with warranty companies so they will tell me whats wrong (only the issues that they think the warranty company wont cover) but wont fix it.
The whole point of involving them in the process was so they could fix it.
Why was I not told BEFORE the inspection that you will not repair the vehicle if warranty companies are involved.
Also I was told the car may have an oil leak, wasn’t told where it was coming from just that there was a leak, that also wasn’t written on the quote.
Now after wasting $165 I have started the process with another business.
Will not be returning.
