Good service from Oliver
Good service from Oliver. Would be better if I could speak directly with store when booking rather than the call centre. The call centre just brings down the experience and causes miscommunications. I work full-time so I can only make Saturday. I asked as part of my booking to have my windscreen washer hose looked at and fixed. The call centre consultant put it as a note but no additional time or fee was allocated for this service. As it was a Saturday and they were busy with impromptu appointments, they were not able to fix it for me and asked me to come back another time.

Great first experience
