Open early - all hands on deck workers , efficient and a noticeable difference in the way my car drove after having the wheel alignment and balance done. Would definately go to these guys again.

They were very quick, thorough and polite. When I had some issues with afterpay not working - and my payment going through in one lot as EFTPOS, causing me severe financial hardship - Tim offered to speak to Finance/Customer Care in head office to see if it could be reversed. He asked me to come back later (I had already collected the car) after he’d had a chance to remedy it. it was a very complicated provess and took him over an hour but he did it. Before he tried this method I rang my bank while sitting in their office but they couldn’t reverse the payment until the next day and it would take 6-8 weeks to get my money back given it was EFTPOS not direct debit. Whilst waiting at home, I also contacted afterpay and Apple for digital wallet support and by the time I returned to the store, I was easily able to use afterpay with no issues.

So simple so honest, just pure great service

Well I brought my car to a mechanic and told me I need to replace the engine dip stick. I'm not satisfied with the initial findings so I decided to bring it to mycar for a second opinion but they told me that I don't need to replace the dip stick. It would have cost me $200 to replace a part that does not need replacement.

Staff were very helpful and had my car back on the road quickly.
