The only reason it was 4 stars is…
The only reason it was 4 stars is because I couldn’t get through on the phone all day Friday. The guy explained that he was extremely short staffed that day.

Great service and helpful staff. Was able to get me in for a quote very quickly and the subsequent repair done as soon as I was free to book in.

Unable to deal with European car
Booked and paid for a service. Advised there were faults identified by diagnostic scanner. They couldn't fix any of them and was advised to take car to a European car specialist. Car still has notification that oil change and service is still due. Now have to find another day to get the car reviewed
