I've never had a bad experience in 12 years of using mycar. Paul and the team have always been friendly curtious and professional.

Courteous staff. Attention to details. Excellent communication.

First I was asked to bring my car in at 8.30 so they could evaluate the issue I had. This is the second time in a row nothing was done until mid day or later. Last time is was to get my car by 4 pm as I had a board meeting to attend but didn’t get it until 5.30 when the meeting started. This time nothing until I rang st 12.30 to be told it’s on the hoist now 1.5 hrs latter told it was what I thought but no parts available from repco from where they get their parts but could get a part from Korea for $5,500. No cost to get my car back as I found another repair Center in Ipswich which accessed the part from repco and will complete the job for $500 dollars so guess where I’m going. Job will only take 1.5 hrs to complete and I get the use of a vehicle while it is being done. All up not happy with mycar. Believed they lied so they didn’t have to do the job and as told on the day they do 30 services a day which is their focus. So $1200 two weeks ago for other works and treated terrible this time. I’m gone for ever never going back. What would happen to a person who doesn’t know better. Terrible treatment all justified with a smile. Been with them for years but now just can’t deliver on car repairs. Bet there is no guts to post this review because it’s full of truths about what my car Ipswich has become. Don’t believe it’s the guys but policy of the company. Bye for ever and as if they would care with getting 30 gullible people a day!!

Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and understanding, they made sure to break down everything that needed to be fixed. And they were so understandable when I said I can’t afford everything, so they told me what needed to be done and what can be done in a later time. Overall very happy with everything.

My car Ipswich was easily contacted by phone or online. I found the front desk staff very friendly and approachable, and able to answer my queries. I found the work on my car to be done efficiently and it was good to get the documentation outlining what work had been done as well as the associated costs for each item. The cost was also very reasonable I thought. The front desk staff phoned me through the morning with information re what the mechanics had found needed attention, and to get the go-ahead for additional work. It was good to get an outline of future work needing to be done, quotes for same, as well as an indication of timeline, especially where safety issues such as brakes are involved. So I was very satisfied with my experience. Keep up the good work.
