The booking process is easy.
They took the car and serviced it in the timeframe that they said they would.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
The job was completed to meet my expectations.

I had my 80,000 service done with mycar Ipswich and also front tyres and alignment and my car feels like a new drive. Very happy.

Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and understanding, they made sure to break down everything that needed to be fixed. And they were so understandable when I said I can’t afford everything, so they told me what needed to be done and what can be done in a later time. Overall very happy with everything.

My car Ipswich was easily contacted by phone or online. I found the front desk staff very friendly and approachable, and able to answer my queries. I found the work on my car to be done efficiently and it was good to get the documentation outlining what work had been done as well as the associated costs for each item. The cost was also very reasonable I thought. The front desk staff phoned me through the morning with information re what the mechanics had found needed attention, and to get the go-ahead for additional work. It was good to get an outline of future work needing to be done, quotes for same, as well as an indication of timeline, especially where safety issues such as brakes are involved. So I was very satisfied with my experience. Keep up the good work.

Always let me know what they are doing, and let me know if there are extras. Price is reasonable Good front of house service. Work is completed at a good standard.

Very cheerful and great to speak with. Saw I would have no transport so tried and came through with a shorter service time to help me from long waiting time.

Once again the team were very helpful with advice of my options going forward with my repairs.

I had an emergency with my car after running over an echidna so needed fur tyres replaced. It was a Saturday morning they fitted me in and had car ready in two hours. Very polite men to deal with
