Lovely to see some new faces at the Ipswich Store. Paul was super helpful took down lots of notes and investigated them and gave me updates. There was a full run down of things that had been found and a list of things need doing there and then and things we can watch with a full run down of prices. There was no pressure to get everything worked on there and then.
Was totally happy and will be visiting again

They were very helpful and provided clarity and information on what I needed do for my tires and vehicle.

Not only were Paul and the team easy to understand and no-BS, they were also upfront with what could be monitored and what was recommended for the safety of my car. No mucking around, just great customer service. Won’t go anywhere else!

Diagnosing vehicle issues correctly is achieved by education,training and experience so when you have a vehicle not starting in the carpark,rapid clicking,no crank and think it’s a flat battery then walk over and have it diagnosed at Mycar Riverlink and you’ll find that you apparently need a new starter motor unfortunately you’ll still have a flat battery after paying out $568 for the starter motor.Take some responsibility for your diagnostic errors and assist your customers after the fact instead of telling them to pay for a tow truck to bring it in so you can have another crack at it.I wish I could give you a good review because you’re customer service(in store) is good but like most I’d prefer good mechanical knowledge.

Over the years the staff have been very helpful. Keeping my car/s running & advising on even my smallest concern.

They go above and beyond to get things done for you. Also you are upfront with costs and check with you if anything extra is needed. Great business that we have told others about. I had the best experience with Ipswich my car I got 4 new types 2 months ago and had a flat type today and they helped me out with getting a new one for free under there 12 month warranty when I got my types it helped me so much

Especially helpfull to lone lady pensioners. Patient and understanding as being an older person can be a bit daunting.

I was looked after by Matt who organised a replacement tyre really quickly and even gave me a lift to work when my uber failed to show up twice. Job was done in an hour and really easy to organise payment and pick up. Great team
