Great experience, car was ready to collect on time. It would be nice if the major repairs being recommended had a bit more detail written on the quote as to timeframe/importance/reasoning to help non-car people understand what is critical to get done first versus what is simply nice to have/could wait until next service.

Good service - Fair price - Staff friendly and helpful (especially young guy at counter who finalised my account on this visit, sorry I didn't get his name) - They sorted out a small issue from previous visit with no hassles. - Thank Guys.

Mycar offered a great Black Friday special for new tyres. There was a long queue online so I booked my appointment quickly and easily over the phone at my local centre. I dropped my car off on the date of the appointment. Everything went smoothly and I was back on the road in about two hours. I couldn't have been happier and more impressed with the customer service.

Prompt and efficient friendly service

17.01.25 I had a logbook service done and a heavy-duty clutch installed. The service cost me $3,942.03. When I drove home, I could hear a loud vibration under the car. The next morning, I noticed that the front seat covers, the floor carpet and mats were covered in grease. Looks like you made the oil change inside the car. Shampooing the carpet and replacing seat covers and floor mats, fixed the job. (photos to prove) The loud vibration was fixed by our mobile mechanic next door. All the bolts from the stone protection plate cover under the car were loose! Teach your staff to use seat and floor protection and ensure the job is done properly.

Friendly, fast and always really helpful

i was sent an email with additional work to approve but was not told to expect this therefore i didn't see the email for a couple of hours which meant that when i finally approved the work to be done, my car took much longer to be finished ie. dropped off at 9 am and should have picked up at 1pm but due to delay in seeing the email i was without my car until 3.30pm virtually all day... not good enough for a simple service.

Took my byd for its 1 year service. Professional and friendly service, they texted to let me know they had finished with the car, which was within the window they'd said.
The Mycar Joondalup location is convenient - at the Joondalup shops so you can do your shopping/watch a movie at the cinema while you wait, plus it's on the train line.

Exceptional customer service! Many thanks to Chris who was only to happy to help me out. Chris went above & beyond which is very rare these days. I rate the My Car Joondalup Centre to be the best service centre, friendly & helpful staff (especially Chris) and most of all they get the job done.
