Finishing shopping in the Lakeside Joondalup Shopping in late afternoon wasn't very good for us. One of the car front tyre was flat. To make the situation much more complicated I noticed that I can't swap the tyre with the spare one as the special socket for knocking the tyre was not in the car. We very slowly drove to North side of the shopping center where it was "my car Tyre & Auto" workshop.
Luckily the shop was not closed. However, as it was almost 17:30 they were shutting the workshop and preparing to leave.
I went anyway to the shop manager and told him about our problem. He and other mechanic came out check the tyre carefully and although it was already passed close time they attempted to do something to help us. Unfortunately their attempts to change or fix the hole in the tyre finished unsuccessfully.
We left the car overnight in theirs workshop and after dropping the right socket next morning the car was ready to drive again.
We met the crew which attempted to help us even when the possibility of fixing the issue was very small.

Staff were friendly and professional, went the extra mile to fit me in

It was convenient but I wasn’t told at the time of booking how long the service would take. This inconvenienced my partner who had to take an Uber home. I was also disappointed that after paying for a service I got home and there was no windscreen wiper fluid in the car.

The staff went above and beyond to have tyres relocated between stores on a busy one day sale day. To then have the tyres fitted at the end of the day where they were undermanned due to illness providing good old fashioned customer service.

Had a nail in our tyre. Rang and they got me in within an hour to get it done !! We take all our cars there. Great service !!

Had a flat battery at joondalup shopping centre Friday 23rd May, I was given a jump start by the wonderful guy at mycar and was able to get home, I offered to pay but he declined, good old fashioned service/help especially when they were so busy. Thank you very much 😊 I had a new battery at home otherwise would have purchased from them without hesitation.

Had my logbook service done at the Joondalup branch. Booking online was easy, and they were ready for my car right on time at 8am. Dropping off the key took less than two minutes. The staff were friendly and let me know they’d call if anything unexpected came up that required extra work. By 2pm, I received an SMS letting me know the car was ready. I was given a clear rundown of the service and advised that the battery might need replacing in the next couple of months — but there was no pressure to do it on the spot, which I really appreciated. Overall, an excellent experience at a competitive price. I’m a happy customer and will definitely be returning for my next service.

Disgraceful and poor service. Got my car in quickly which was great. But charged for an investigation.

Took the car to my regular garage from my other car and exactly the same job done for $550
Felt so deflated and trapped. All sane work was completed. Really poor
