But poor booking system, upon arrival advised they had no record of booking second time this happen in 12 months.

Great service. My only concern was that the website wouldn’t allow me to schedule the Pink Slip as it said no mechanics were available for the date requested (or a number of days either side). I was booking well in advance due to a pending overseas trip which overlapped the rego expiry date. A quick phone call to MyCar Katoomba and all was sorted. But again, great service, friendly and efficient staff!

Great service from the manager, attentive and knowledgeable, very happy, although 5 services now and still go home with black grease prints on bonnet, guards, wheels.

A quick wipe would finish a perfect job.

Accepted re-schedule without fuss, did the job and looked after me whilst waiting. So all good

While on a visit to the Blue Mountains, the key for my Subaru Crosstrek went flat, and I was panicking I wouldn't be able to get it started. ChatGPT suggested MyCar. Phoned Adam first thing in the morning, told me he could do it on the spot. Such a relief! He was amazingly busy already with all the morning rush but found the time to fix our problem in amongst it all. So grateful!

My my Car staff weather in Queensland or New South Wales are always helpful informative and I would not take my car anywhere else.
