I recently had a flat tire and wanted to share my experience dealing with it. While frustrating at first, it turned into a valuable learning opportunity. Getting the spare tire out of the trunk was a bit of a challenge due to its weight, and loosening the lug nuts required more effort than expected. However, after successfully replacing the flat with the spare, I felt a great sense of accomplishment. This experience has taught me the importance of regularly checking tire pressure to prevent similar incidents in the future. Overall, I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn and improve my car maintenance skills.

Always was happy to have my car serviced at MyCar Tyre & Auto KEILOR!!!, until I was dealing with an un-professional person on the front desk!! Who couldn’t be bothered!! Who never provided his name, was never attentive and of no assistance, when I attended. He accused me of a fault, which was of no fault of my own. My front brakes were replaced and the next day, I had a loud noise that, woke up the neighbours, when driving into shopping centres to park, and in traffic!! people were wondering, what the hell is that noise!! Was very very very bad!!!! I felt sooo uncomfortable and unsafe!!! Called and complained, so many times, in person and over the phone and went in 3!!!! times, giving me the run around!!! Appalling!! And so unprofessional!! Lost 3 days of work and pay!! I was treated like a joke!! Me and my car didn’t matter!! And, on top of that, he hung up the phone on me, the CUSTOMER!!!! I cannot believe I was treated this way. So, I reported this disgusting treatment to the head office in TASMANIA!! I hope the operation managers visit this store and all their mechanic stores, and restore the workmanship and professionalism and treatment toward customers or people that walk thru their stores. Because, I will never be going back!!

Very disappointed with Kmart Tyre and Auto.
I took my car in to have a tyre fixed—they claimed it was done, but when I checked, absolutely nothing had been done. I had to take it to another reputable tyre shop to actually get it fixed properly. While they did refund my $50, the customer service was horrible—no apology, no accountability, just a complete lack of professionalism. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I went to MyCar in Keilor Downs, the staff is very courteous and customer service 10/10.

Easy booking, Car ready on time, although a little bit expensive on a few items.

Tyer puncture. promised it could be repaired. i asked if it couldn't be repaired to replace it with a new same type and brand. mycar rang me and informed me it couldn't be repaired, and they fitted a new Tyre to the rim. Great, NOT. The new Tyre was different brand. i picked up my rim only and took my business to Jax, the same day. The new Tyre was fitted in less than 30 min. mycar had my wheel for 24 hours and i walked away with no tyer or options.

Fitted me In, to an Easter Thursday afternoon break down repair,
Back on the road for the long weekend.

Appreciated that they were able to fit me in with such short notice. The service men didn't have the tyres I wanted but they were able to upgrade them at no extra charge . Thanks again
