I booked my car in for a service and from the first phone call to picking up my car I was met with wonderful customer service. Josh in particular, was very polite, friendly and communicated with me, keeping me up to date.
The team were quick and thorough with the service. Highly recommend

Josh is the man!! Goes above and beyond and has the patience for my bookings and payments. Easy to communicate with and he makes sure everything is ok before arriving and or leaving.

Service completed and car returned with missing wheel nuts advised that it broke maybe over tighten when wheel put back on. Also front tyres replaced and invoice e-mailed to me only to notice that steering arm boot split why was it not inspected during service because it will mean another wheel alignment after it is replaced

Everything was explained right from the start. What needed to be done, price, how long it would take. I didnt feel like I was being ripped off just because Im female!

Great service again from the team at MyCar Kirwan. Helped me out at the end of a busy work day with an urgent, but easy repair and then again a short time later with diagnosing and fixing another issue. Always great, friendly service from these hard-working guys and gals!
