the store try to charge me extra 20 dollor for the service,after arguing with the issue, she waved the fee.

The office lady walked out to provide assistance when she saw I was unloading a wheelchair person. She also explained the invoice details in mandarin, which is very helpful. They completed the service ahead of schedule so I could take my disabled daughter home earlier. Great work. Thanks!!!

Car servicing can be a stressful thing, MYCAR Knox city - dealt with me very friendly, were very helpful & it took out the stress & anxiety of dealing with mechanics, so thank you! I had a sudden tyre puncture and was able to limp to MyCar in Knox. Even though it is holiday season and I had no booking, Jacqueline was able to fit me in on the spot, and within a couple of hours the tyre was fixed and I was back on the road. Thank you to MyCar Knox

Replacing 4 new tyres ,not balance properly and scratch my wheel, and not changing my tubeless valve. In the end I go other place to fix it. Terrible experience and not professional.

Hassle free from start to finish- excellent customer service

It was good that they were able to spot the puncture for the right front wheel.
But from the time I dropped of the car and when I got a phone call about most of the work being finished. I am a bit skeptical, how could they service my car and check every little thing for the service within 1 hour. Unless it was a quiet day. I also thought I was being overcharged the screen wipers coming in for a total of around $116 dollars. I hope that when they next service the car in 10,000 kms that they don't find major damage or repairs. i would rather pay for it now then wait a year later.

They took me in to change my tyre even without an appointment and even if they were short staffed.

The team was professional, and communicated well. Booked my car in advance via online and job finished on time.

Urgent puncture repair. Rang just before opening hours and was redirected to a call centre. Explained my situation to a very helpful lady who contacted my local MyCar (Knox City) and arranged for me to be attended to asap. On arrival Brodie and staff were prompt and efficient. I was on my way in no time.

Was grateful that MyCar was able to fit me in to replace my tyre. The job was done very quickly with no issues.

Followed through with the promise of only taking a maximum of 1 hour. 40 minutes all together. Very quick considering they were understaffed.
