it was all good. drop your car off with no issues or waiting. get a phone call a couple of hours later identifying any issues and the car ready to pick up without any hassles. all in all, service is very good and people very friendly especially the lady at the front desk.

Puncture repair for free as part of the tyre care plan. So easy too. Just rang and got a booking for 2 hours later. Job was done on time and as promised. Highly recommend

The struts in the boot of my car needed replacing, the parts were ordered after my car was serviced in March, I was notified when the parts arrived, able to book in for the next afternoon and all finished in 30 minutes.

I requested for urgent service and the team obliged. My service was done in one hour and service tech even noted the parts recommended for replacement in another service. Kudos.

I need to make a complaint about the service about my Honda accord registration TTVV99 after reviewing the invoice.
1. I got charged for replacing the power steering pump which was still under 2 years warranty.
2. Labor hours over charged
3. Over charged power steering fluid $178
4. Suggested a car service to solve the oil leak problem while the car service had been done one month ago.

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. Did not expect this happened. Please follow up@ Mycar head office.

From the moment I walked in, Jacqueline was welcoming and made the process straight forward.
I had booked to get all my tires replaced, along with wheel alignment.

An hour and half later, she called to say my car was ready. Again, pick up process was smooth.

The location is great as it's in the Knox shopping centre, so you can pass the time easily.

All good and done

I sent in my car on a suspected puncture and was attended to by Jacklyn.

She asked questions to clarify what my concerns were (1 tire was consistently lower pressure than the other 3) before taking my car keys.

She explained:
1) It would take some time for them to troubleshoot,
2) I would only get a call if there were charges (I had bought the tires from the store previously) and
3) I would get a text when work is done.

What stood out was everything panned out exactly as she had explained at check-in - no surprises.

I picked up the car at end of day after the tyre was repaired and she even ensured my rego was updated with the mall so that I didnt have to pay parking charges (car was left with them for about half a day) and can drive straight out.

Sometimes the best service is a plain vanilla un-eventful one.

I had an outstanding experience with Brodie and Jacqueline from My Car at Knox. Late on a Friday night, I discovered I had a flat tyre and rushed over to the store just before 6pm—well after their official closing time of 5:30pm. Even though they had already shut down their systems for the day, Brodie told me to bring the car around without hesitation.

Not only did they stay back for almost an hour to fix the tyre, but they also did it completely free of charge. The whole time, they were warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. Their generosity, professionalism and kindness turned a stressful situation into a moment of real gratitude.

Service like this is rare, and these two absolutely deserve recognition
