Only went in to get tyre checked
Only went in to get tyre checked, found tyre had bubble on sideway. I was would have changed it myself but had recent surgery the technician volunteered to put spare tyre on then charged me $38. If he was upfront and told there was a charge I would have said no and RAA would have done it for nothing. A bit more transparency is needed.

Staff were very friendly, professional and explained everything well. They contacted me to explain what was needed and the cost to get my ok to go ahead. The car was ready when they said it would be.

Friendly customer service
Friendly customer service. Prompt and efficient service delivery. Excellent and affordable pricing for servicing and tyres. The only concern is that a few minor issues were listed after my tyre change that were not mentioned to me after my servicing a few weeks prior.

Went in with a flat tyre at 4.35pm with…
Went in with a flat tyre at 4.35pm with a 5.00pm appointment (which was 10 minutes away) looming. Tyre was diagnosed as non-repairable, replaced with a new one (under warranty) immediately and I was still able to make my appointment. All with a smile. Brilliant.
