I had a problem with the engine glow plugs in my VW Passat. The Mycar mechanic diagnosed the problem and advised me that they were not well versed with my German car and suggested following up with a European car specialist.
I did so and had the car repaired.
I am very impressed with the Mechanic's honesty.

The team at mycar Lilydale always go out of there way to look after me.

Tyres are a fair price and then there is a tyre care plan so your tyres have after care for no extra cost.

The manager asked me if I need to do wheel alignment,I said No,Then they didn't do the wheel alignment,but they still let me pay the wheel alignment fees.and I didn't find the wrong,because I always trust them.
