The guys at Mackay were excellent, they were extremely busy due to being down a staff member but that didn’t stop them from performing at their best , I would highly recommend Mackay Mycar

I have had almost all my car repairs and services done by this company over many years. I have always found the staff friendly and proficient and I have confidence in their work and advice.

Travelling from Ingham to Brisbane, an ignition coil failed. Julie was prompt in fiting the replacement part and got me back on the road in 10 minutes. Great service.

Woman in office refused to sign oil change section in log book. Also refused to reset oil change reminder on car computer. Appalling customer service.

Update: Generic response saying sorry etc get in touch. You have my details you get in touch with me!!!

MyCar Mackay as employed the worst or should l say rude person to become their receptionist. I got changed for a service on my car which was not carried out. When l asked for my money back, l was told never to come to their garage again. Lawsuit coming your way mycar

Excellent customer service and very reasonably priced offering great aftercare package.

They said my car head lights fixed but not then upon checking and taken back to them then they replaced. If I didn't checked and believed their words then I would be in trouble driving that evening in dark.

The lady on the reception was extremely lovely and very quick and efficient service time.

It said in the report that a detailed inspection was carried out, however a brake light that was not working was not fixed or mentioned in the report, I would imagine that would be one of the first things checked. Disappointed

I was happy with my service and price done on my car. When I called to make the appointment I asked if they can service my type of car and they said yes they could. So I booked in to have it done. When my husband collected my car they said that I had to take my car somewhere else to get the electronic services set as they don't have the equipment to do that. So now I have to take my car back to the original place where I was getting my services from and somehow explain to the that I didn't come to them for the service but now I would like them to set my servicing on my computer, very embarrassing on my behalf as I am a loyal person.Just wanted to give Mycar a go to do a full service. I still have not had a chance to take my car to get the service set.
