The front desk guy seemed genuine and down to earth. He went out of his way to smile and be helpful.

Your staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The manager was flexible with their approach in dealing with my car and didn’t try to put add ons to the service of my vehicle!

The convenience of being able to drop the car off and do other shopping etc whilst waiting for the tyres to be fitted.

Not only was the value excellent, but the process of ordering & booking was easy and smooth. On the day, the staff at Mycar Maddington were very helpful and polite and the work was carried out on time. Overall I would highly recommend Mycar Maddington for the fitment of new tyres and am likely to use them for future servicing requirments.

Last visit a few weeks ago. I took my car in for a quote for a repair, was quoted $945. Got outside opened the key on my fob and it just fell out. I took it inside again and was told the pin that held the key in the fob had fallen out. The manager and staff member looked for it but didn't find the pin. I strongly suspected they knew the pin had fallen out before I picked it up, and handed me the fob with the key inside, knowing the pin was gone and when I got outside and opened the key it would fall out OUTSIDE of their premises. It did. i went back inside, they searched for the pin but couldn't find it. They folded the key fob deliberately and knew I would discover it was broken when I got outside.. they rushed to fit a pin that was the wrong size and warned me not to retract the key as it might fall out. THIS was my only key fob. Next time I returned to get the repair done, I demanded a discount as it was almost $100 to buy a new keyfob. He agreed to take $45 off the cost of the repair.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for 20 odd years with no issues. Just recently with a new manager (David) I have noticed a habit of deception with repairs. Quoted $945 for a new ignition coil and new fuse, a guy at my work quoted me about $100 to do the same repair. I went with myCar. Probably a big mistake. Autobahn has fantastic reviews and I am seriously considering a move to them. Today when picking up my car from a service, I asked my son to come with me. Sadly, myCar Maddington seems to be ripping off women on their own. 20 years. Disappointing service.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Took my car for 6 monthly servicing at Mycar Maddington. My brother spoke highly of “mycar”.. so booked an appointment with them. When I took my car in .. the guy at the service desk tried hard to convince me to get the log book servicing done instead of 6 monthly service (as my car is 9 years old and expired warranty). I stood my ground and asked him for just the 6 monthly service. He was a total SCAMMER and he tried to SCAM ME as I am a female/ woman. After the service was done he called me and I was still in the shopping centre waiting for that call. I told him that I will be there in 2 minutes. When I arrived there he went on saying that I need 4 tyres that needs replacing and my battery needs to be changed. Right there I could see the RED FLAG as I got a NEW battery just a few months ago (and it is still under warranty) and I clearly remembered that I had got a new tyre last year. He had printed a quote sheet for me with the same info and I have the proof. So I just paid for the servicing he had done and I left with the bill plus the quote. I booked an appointment to get my tyres changed and get the battery checked at another RELIABLE place. That place checked my tyres and the battery and they provided me with the report. My battery is 100% PERFECT and the tires still have a YEAR of life left on them. Just SHOCKING!! Couldn’t believe how these guys have the nerve to scam innocent women. I will be reporting these guys soon. Cheers!

Mycar Maddington. Staff are excellent: well informed, professional, efficient & friendly. Quality of service is high. Prices very reasonable too. Good job guys. I am now a regular customer.

They fixed the problem but the most important thing which I think should be a standard service is to show the faulty items which caused the issues. this was provided for me on pick up of my car.

Staff very courteous and friendly. Explained everything clearly. Car was finished for when I asked to pick it up. Would certainly recommend mycar.
