Honest Price
The easy way to book in my vehicle, the tyres I chose were $400 cheaper than one of its competitors.
The MyCar people in Mandurah were very polite and punctual, I highly recommend MyCar Tyres & Auto Mandurah.

Although they were super busy the team at my car mandurah handles all customers very well we were even offered bottled water while we waited.

Easy to book online
Easy to book online. Accepted afterpay. Very helpful on the morning of booking when we needed an extra tyre for our trailer as well.

Not very professional
Didn't have the lugs for anti tamper rims so couldn't even get my wheels off, went to two other tyre shops, both had them and use them daily,
They also damaged an interior panel in my car and when I took it back to show them the repair was a joke

The guys are excellent. It’s very difficult to find reliable mechanical support and every time we use My car we get good helpful service, straightforward advise and good quality work.

Great deal, great service
Easy to book online, location spot on (Mandurah) for shopping while waiting for tyre fitting and a welcome, courteous check in.
Again when collecting, I was greeted with the same professionalism and all details explained.

Friendly people, great service
Had the time & patience to talk to customers,( even for a lady who didn't know how to pull up bonnet). Great price & my car was ready way before specified time

The staff are very knowledgeable
The staff are very knowledgeable and helped me with what I needed. On the day of fitting my tyres and service, the My Car tyres were on a special deal. I had the store call me to let ne know, begone they put on my selected ones.
Very nice staff and will be getting my car service there from now on.

I was booked in for a specific time…
I was booked in for a specific time however the job was not started till much later.
Perhaps a better arrangement needs to be made as far as bookings go. Particularly, if they know particular days of the week are busy.
