I have had my car serviced by MyCar Tyre& Auto Marion for years. They’ve always done an excellent job, not only in maintaining it, but as importantly, in keeping me fully informed of potential issues.

I dropped in with an enqiry regarding a different feel/sound I experienced driving my car since the last service & work I had done a few weeks ago. Mycar looked into it immediately and tweaked a few issues with no extra charge. I drove off feeling reassured & supported.

I needed a new brake light. Was able to walk in and it was fixed whilst I waited. Great service.

We got a quote to replace front and rear brakes. A few weeks later we booked in for the work. No fuss. Very efficient and friendly service. A good price too.

The punctuality was great and my car is now running like a dream. The only thing I didn't like was that I specifically asked to just have a service and 4 new tyres. After a phone call stating this they still proceeded to do extras which as a result ended up costing me an extra $150. I am disappointed that I was not heard and in today's financial climate it is difficult to have the extra funds for these things. I felt that I was pressured to pay because of the mechanics "misunderstanding" of our phone call.
