Had front two tyres fitted at MyCar Marion. Selection of tyres was supported by Thomas and Chris who were so knowledgeable and passionate about helping me with tips and advice with price match also. Told me the tyres available in next day so booked in straight. On the morning of my appointment, John served and he was friendly and professional. Parking onsite is located on top level near Kmart Westfield shopping centre. I did Xmas shopping and caught up with friends for coffee while they’re doing the tyre fitting and wheel alignment that all worked out excellent. I was assured of the tyre care plan - free puncture repair, wheel balancing & rotation every 10,000km/6 months, and a 12 month road hazard warranty. I strongly recommend MyCar Marion for anyone who needs car service and good tyre care.

My puncture was dealt with without an appointment on a Saturday so I was spent a couple of hours in Westfield Christmas shopping and drinking coffee. Came away with two new tyres and a recommendation for two more. As driving safety is a priority I was delighted with this service.

Amazing so helpful had a flat tyre on the busiest day of the year( Black Friday sale) and they replaced it quickly, free of charge as my tyres were fitted there. Got me back to work as soon as possible. Excellent service

Last Saturday I urgently needed a headlight to be changed on my Ford Ranger which was a Fleet managed car, I was new to this Fleet company but John and his team were able to explain the process, fix my light and get me back on the road in a timely manner, this was vital because the weather was so treacherous..... Five Stars.

Swift no nonsense service. Guys that handled my booking and pickup were great.

Friendly reception at drop off

Been to the Marion store three times in a week and a half. When I went to book my service I particularly wanted my brakes looked at due to a squeal when I reversed. When I started to tell the fellow this I was abruptly cut off and told my brakes would be checked as part of my service. Guess what...still squealing after the service. I then put the car in to have the lower control arm brushes replaced after being told they were "shot". After having that done the squeal was 10x worse and in addition it was squealung when I braked at traffic lights. I then had to take it back a third time where they replaced the brake pads (under warranty) and I paid for two new brake disc rotors. Finally the squealing has gone. On my service visit I had to ask for the work and suggested work to be gone through with me. Usually this has always been done without me asking. In my last visit this was done without me asking.
I have usually found this store to be good but I was left very disappointed, especially by the lack of communication and not listening to my original concern regarding the squealing.

After my car had been serviced at Marion, the next day i noticed water/coolant on my drive way, I had a very busy week planned , so topped up water to radiator, continued with all that i had to do, topping up water as needed ( evidence of spillage from radiator daily) on Thursday I called Marion to book in to inspect , they could not fit me in so referred me to Morphet Vale 1pm on Friday, Jacob was extremely courteous and helpful. I was advised the the Plug at bottom of radiator had been stripped and would not seal to hold water. as a result, a new radiator had to be fitted. fortunately, no further damage occured.

Friendly team who were able to help me quickly with my tyre puncture. It was a great, hassle free experience. Cheers!

Big bonus for me as an owner of an older car is to be given 12month Road Side assistance as part of the service deal at no extra cost ! Then to get Flybuy points is great. Serviced in a short time. Thank you.

The boys went above and beyond I actually had the car fan belt snap and was at the shopping centre went and saw them someone came to the car, looked at it confirmed the problem and then drove the car to the shop for me and my car was already booked for a service in a few days time and they just did the service too!!
