Great service

My first time using MyCar and everything went well.
New tyres and a major service all done according to plan.
My car is running extremely well so I will have no hesitation to have future sevices done there.

Have had my car serviced. Mechanic stating on the service documentation that my car required leaf spring bushes replacement plus a front wheel bearing replacement. I have taken my car to another Mechanic which both leaf spring bushes and wheel bearing are perfectly fine. Disappointed with the service, Mechanic should have better professional executions on acknowledging mechanical issues.

Will not use my car in any future servicing or mechanical issues!!

I had a fantastic experience at MyCar Marsden. The team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from the moment i arrived. They took the time to clearly explain what my car needed and didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The service was efficient and completed within the time they promised. My Cars are now running perfectly, and it gave me a peace of mind knowing it was looked after by knowledgeable mechanics. The staff were approachable, honest, and made the whole process stress- free. I highly recommend MyCar Marsden to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy Car servicing. I will definitely be returning for future services.

They didn't do the trye rotation which was included in the service. Also they couldn't reset my service time on my computer which is now putting up my check engine light.

Thank you so much to the team at MyCar Marsden. Drop of and pick up was a smooth process. They gave me a call once the service was done and let me know of anything that was needing to be addressed giving me the choice to deal with it then. Having the option to pay by AfterPay is a life saver and these guys were $300cheap then the dealership. 7Stars
