MyCar Tyre & Auto are always honest and caring with their car service.
They do what needs to be done and don't push for extra work that doesn't need to be done like other mechanics would.

Have changed tyres here before - they've always been helpful & friendly, took time to explain any issues and what they can or cannot do, with the options for me.
Over the weekend had puncture, called up late yesterday and got a booking easily for today, came in, they checked and told me it could be done within an hour, got a call within that hour once it was finished.
Location is also good, I could go over to Stockland (across the road), get a coffee while waiting.

Issue was resolved sooner than expected. Cost was reasonable .

Fast, quality service.. helped me out 7hrs from home and I felt assured.

Rego Check was quick and easy, and staff were helpful in assisting me.

I was able to get 2 new tyres on a quick turnaround. I needed to get a vehicle inspection (pink slip) the same day and I was defaulted for the front tyres. Within an hour I was able to get to MyCar for new tyres and wheel alignment to then return and pass the inspection.

I have been taking my car to mycar Merrylands for years. They always provide excellent customer service, are honest about the work to be done and the pricing and do a great job with servicing and repairs.

I had a set of new tyres fitted, and a 4 wheel alignment done 2 weeks ago. Mycar told me about a suspension part that needed changing, that I had already made plans to change. I went back to have the wheel alignment checked after the repairs, and was pleasantly surprised that the adjustment on the alignment was absolutely no charge !
I went and bought the boys a pack of donuts for morning tea. Very rare to get this kind of service nowadays. Very happy !!

So far, the best mechanic who fixed my car.

Legends! Booked in for a Saturday pink slip with 2 days notice which I had to change due to work commitments to 20min notice on the Friday. Hussein was more than accomodating getting me to come straight down and it was done within an hour saving me a massive drama.
