The guy serving at the counter provided good customer service & was patient whilst I tried to work out how to use my afterpay.
It was convenient to leave my car with mycar during my work hours & I was happy with the service

My experience was good staff was friendly even the tough jobs they had to do .the filopino mechanic was great only sour point was their time restrictions due to being 5 pm and the job of putting my dash board back together was a rush job so I had to fix the the problem of dash panels not fitting properly.

I recently took my car in for a service and asked the team to check the engine after the warning light came on. I specifically mentioned that it might be related to the glow plugs, but they told me there was nothing wrong and didn’t find any issues aside from a belt that needed replacing — for which I was quoted a price I found quite high.

Out of caution, I took the car to a different mechanic to get a second opinion. They ran a proper diagnostic scan and confirmed that the glow plugs did in fact need replacing — exactly what I initially suspected.

While the service itself seemed fine, I was disappointed by the lack of thoroughness in the diagnostic check. I expected more care and accuracy, especially when a customer points out a specific concern. I’d advise others to double-check diagnostics if something doesn’t feel right.

took my toyota hilux in for a major service. not sure how well the actual service was done, as it only took max 2hrs to do.. which it odd. (i know when they started as i was outside when they pulled my car into the bay.)

rating 0 due to damage done to my car.

when i pick it up there was grease inside my car, which they wiped off but also on the outside of the car, which cant be removed. tried my best to get it off but wont come off. not happy. have photos is you want to see
