The staff member at the Northland (Preston) branch was outstanding! He was helpful, informative, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for taking my car last minute and fixing our tyre promptly. Service was 10/10 would 100000% recommend and we will be returning for all our cars tyres.

I did like the person or the manger who served me first when i drop off my car in the morning.
He was really nice and calm.
He give me a price as well. But when i went back to pick up my car after they called me this person was really not friendly no explanation if it when I ask what was done on my car all he said to me read the receipt read the receipt he changed me around $584.50 for the service it was really shocking I didn't mind to play the money but the attitude of this (guy) person, was really bad and I will not take my car back there again never again if that man is still there!. But the first manager was nice and excellent with attitude, as well as customer service . people don't mind to pay more as long as the service is great or good!.

Please try to explain to customer what you have done to their car rather than telling them to read the receipt 🧾😞!

Really nice guys, easy to talk to. Weren’t pushy and were able to match the price for Tyers found elsewhere. Great experience.

Tony was brilliant, efficient presenting of the options with an equally efficient delivery and fitting of the tyres.

They kept to their scheduled time. And when I had a problem and rang them about it come on down fix it in 15 minutes.

The whole experience with the team at Northland Mycar was seamless. From booking my service to dropping off and picking up my car, every staff member I interacted with was so friendly and helpful! My car did a great job. They keep me informed on cost prior to any action. My car feels new again

I had an issue with clogging of my exhaust in my Diesel car. The first time they fixed it the experience was fantastic. This time...2 months later they tried to charge me triple the price. They eventually reduced it to $100 more than the first time after I complained but now I feel very wary about using them again.

Mycar Tyre and Auto Northland have always been amazing. We've never had any issues with their work and have trusted them with our vehicles for more than 10 years now even when they were kmart tyre and auto. Prior to meeting these guys we had gone through service centres that would charge more than 1k each service but we couldn't justify it as we had to keep taking our vehicles back to fix issues they had said were done.

Northland service guys are amazing thankyou again so much for getting our car back on the road safely.
