The staff at MyCar Modbury fixed my car's breaks efficiently and at a very reasonable price, thanks a bunch guys!

The Boss mechanic found a loose nut which was really serious when doing a service and they were fantastic as he ordered the parts needed and x2 mechanics worked on my mazda to complete the work , so i could drive home that afternoon on time , fantastic team work and job well done, thankyou so much

I BOOKED A TIME TO HAVE A COUPLE OF TIRES FITTED, THEN FORGOT ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT. I PHONED UP AND THEY SAID NO PROBLEM, JUST DROP THE CAR STRAIGHT ROUND AND THEY'LL DO IT NOW. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUICK SERVICE, JUST ONE HOUR, DID SOME SHOPPING AT THE PLAZA IN THE MEANTIME

The mechanic seemed to be mad at me the 2 times I’ve gone there
He tried to convince me by bully me that I needed 4 new tyres asap he wouldn’t fix my punctured tyre saying the tread was to
Low his customer service is definitely unkind mean unfriendly
Certainly not the way to go about drumming up business using fear factor as a way and means of customer service
Maybe because I’m a female as usual we get ripped off and treated as though we are dumb and don’t know anything
Little did he know I grew up
With car and used to service
My own car tyres brakes ect ect
So I knew what he was saying to be untrue
Not to mention my tyres are only 5 months old
Went to tyre power and they fixed my tyre 10 minutes looked at all my tyres and said I have at least 5 months plus on them!!!!!

I was really happy with the service on my car and the staff were extremely polite and when I returned for another problem it was fixed very quickly. Thankyou to everyone at Tee Tree Plaza

I contacted the store to advise I noticed my hubcap is missing since my service and the Manager advised he would check on this and advise me for an update. I havent received a response. Also I spent $1300 on my service/maintenance and because I paid cash and there was limited change available at the store the Manager tried to charge me extra (instead of giving me a discount of 75 cents he tried to charge me more than I was quoted.

I had to return to the shop because the mechanic forgot to reset the car's system.

Worst experience i have ever had at my car,
The technician is very rude when i asked him about the transmission oil chage he said there is no gasket cover in my car but actually there is than he even said if you dont like mycar service dont come here again he was very rude
