efficient friendly service

Over the past few years I have been extremely happy with mycar Morley's professionalism and efficiency in servicing, and carrying out any repairs that are required to my car. The staff are wonderful and very helpful.

Prompt customer service and elite communication

I can't speak highly enough of the level of service from a small workshop. Quinten and Robin go above and behind to make sure you are satisfied along with reasonable quotes and prices with detailed information. Keep up the good work.

I came back to the store because the previous time the service was so prompt and fair. However I was told that they would get back to me with a rice on the car windows regulator, but nobody did. This time I came back to get some lights fixed and for the regulator costs, but the price that they quoted was far beyond the market pricing and in fact it was a few hundred dollars more. So certainly someone needs to get your charges in order. It is hap hazard, or is it based on how the customer looks when they attend the store, which is definitely not good for your organisation.

17 cent fuel discount unavailable to me because I do not have a smart phone to download the app. Not everyone moves with the times, not everyone wants to keep up with the Jones.

Fair repair cost and friendly efficient service

Great customer service, the staff at Morley are friendly and give exceptional service. My daughters and I only ever get our cars serviced at Morley. Quick and efficient, nothing ever seems too much, and they explain everything thoroughly. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Vehicle ready on time. Good service. Only downside is that, unlike some competitors, car is not washed/vacuumed after service.

Called when I bought the wrong tyred. And they helped to fix the issue

The one thing I said need to be fixed was new wiper blades
When I picked up the car this had not been done so i had to drive home with faulty wipers in heavy rain. Also some filters needed cleaning. Why did they not call me to ask if ok to do the extra items? They knew I was nearby in the shopping centre.
So now have to return to get new blades etc which is inconvenient
Also service was more expensive than before
