If you are concerned about your safety don't go to a franchise like this one. I had to replace a gear box recently costing me $5300. Had a service done 8 October and on 7 November just about to go onto the highway that my car lost speed. Car was eventually towed to a transmission specialist who advised me that there was no transmission fluid in the car. It was recommended to change the radiator by Chris, the manager and he quoted me $1200 and he said I could wait till December. Also there was a leak in the left front axle which said check next service at 275,000km or April 2025. Little did I know that the radiator had a lot to do with the gear box. I was not aware of this. I had to do my own homework. Have come to a conclusion these guys lack knowledge and expertise and duty of care. Not only that, Aimee from Head Office said that I should have checked the fluid. ??? I didn't even know where that is! I did applied with NCAT to get a reimbursement for the gear box but only some white collar guy from head office came at the court hearing. They reimbursed me $650 as a goodwill gesture only.
Not admitting that they have neglected to check the transmission fluid. Never will I go to franchise who changes mechanics plus you have no idea who services your car. Get your car serviced by one guy who can personally look after you and your car and who knows the history of your car. Franchises like this one have new mechanics all the time is not a good idea plus they have no expertise plus you are blindsided as to whom services your car. I was unable to find out who serviced my car.

Easy to talk very welcoming

Needed a Pink slip for my rego and it was done promptly.

The man at front doesn’t wanna talk much. Did the rego inspection pink slip, and taken 30min to inspect, but never called me after finishing kob, waited for 5 hours and then when asked if they checked my battery health, simply responded that it is not part of the inspection. Preciously where I did my pinkslip, thehy did check battery. Nevertheless, not booking any more service with Mycar Mt Druitt.

They changed my tyres fine. But didn't look like they did the alignment I pa9d for. Had to go back again the next day so they could do it. Picked it up and it's still not done. They offered me to bring it back again, but if they can't do it right the 1at 2 times, what chance do they have to get it right a third?

Professional courteous and friendly staff. Texting when car ready. Informing me of any future work that needs to be done. Very happy customer highly recommend mycar Mt Druitt

The service was quick and the price was perfect. The car feels more responsive and the engine is making less noise

I'm always happy with my mechanics at Kmart auto Mount Druitt. No matter who has worked there I have been going there since the early 90s because I trust their work.

They have the knowledge. They do a good job, unlike private mechanics. And they give the car back on the same day or the next day.

I love the fact that when they do an assessment I receive a call to advise what its needs, how much it's going to be, asking me to authorise the work.

Over the years, I have almost become friends with most who have worked there.

Ease of doing business. Booked my job on the website, dropped car off, got a call within a couple of hours on what needed to be done and estimate, couple of hours further got a text that car was ready. Dealt with a different person each time but seamless experience, everyone knew where my car was, what was happening and what to do next.

Good price and completed in a reasonable timeframe.
