Really friendly staff and great experience.

Car was ready before the requested time. Could have outlined ant thing that may need my attention.

I always have a good experience at my car. They do an excellent job and the the staff is very helpful and friendly. I go to My car at Nowra.

I dropped my car in for a service, was advised I needed be brakes and brake pads which was all good. The service took longer due to that, which is fine (estimated pick up time from 1pm pushed to 530pm).

Somehow, from the service, my radio and reversing camera stopped working. I went in the next morning to try and get it fixed, they were unable to and it was requested I drop the car back later in the week. My vehicle was there for the entire Saturday and it was unable to be repaired. I had to walk from the train station to collect my car and when I called to let them know I would be be late the person I spoke with was quite abrupt and mentioned about sending me something with information on how to pay.

Regarding my issue, the person who called me told me that they couldn't fix the problem so I would have to go to an auto-electrician for them to fix the problem and then mycar would pay the invoice, and when I tried to get clarification I was cut off.

Throughout the whole process I've been inconvenienced multiple times and I feel that mycar has not been too concerned about that and now I will be further put out by needing an auto electrician.

Prompt service by staff. Close attention to necessary maintenance on my car.

They are helpful and happy to look after your vehicle. Always received great service and replacements under warranty when needed.

The team were amazing to fit my tyre repair in on a very busy day. They were welcoming, helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend

The staff were very helpful. They checked an issue I was having and gave me honest and professional advice, for free. As a regular customer of MyCar, I will certainly continue going to them for all my car concerns.

I returned to mycar after using an alternate national brand for a few years. I was surprised by payment being required effective on the date of the online booking but had no problems with that concept in the end. The service was carried out within the time frame planned and the inspection report noted a weeping engine main seal which the other service brand had failed to detect. Overall, I'm very satisfied with every aspect of the mycar experience on this occasion and expect to continue using their services in the future.

Hi Team, I would like to pass on my thanks and gratitude to mycar Tyre and Auto in particular a gentleman by the name of DJ from my local store at Mount Ommaney in Brisbane. My family and I have dealt with DJ over the past couple of years and cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service he provides. DJ has a great attitude, and nothing is ever to much trouble. Phone booking made for 3.30pm Friday 20th. Arrived at 3.15pm to be ehat felt like chastised by two staff members as my booking was for 3pm. I was waiting at home to go & would have been there earlier, had I known. I felt like a really naughty child.

Good service, polite staff. Efficient service and attention to detail.
