Went to MyCar Mount Sheridan garage to ask for help with a nail on our Ute’s tyre and although they were fully booked and already working on a fair bit of cars in their workshop, Don helpfully managed to fit us in and had the job done in less than an hour, which was great and hugely appreciated from us as we had to be in town shortly after that.
Will definitely be back there and big thanks to the whole team for their efficiency and willingness to help us, places like yours are valuable and very rare nowadays.

I always use this service because I like the way I’m treated by the staff I come in tell them what I want they tell me yay or nay they tell me the price the time I want is usually ok sometimes not but that’s ok if decisions are involved they will give me advice etc. I started using Kmart, after trouble with the private sector, in a Brisbane suburb called Capalaba in about the 1990s

The service is great from dropping off the keys to picking up your car. I find them to honest and will advise you if and when anything else needs doing. They care about safety first.

Friendly staff who provided feedback on the service and other faults that need addressing.

Great professional service. I had a tyre requiring a puncture repair, all done in 10 mins. Previously a loyal supporter of My Car in Brisbane & have now found my mechanic in Cairns.

They were very helpful by letting me know what problem my car had in terms I could understand and getting it fixed quickly so it didn’t cause any disruption to my work.

I was on holidays driving from Brisbane and noticed my wheel alignment was out. So I booked into the closest store for a 4pm following day booking (24 June 2025). This was the only day available for me to do the work. I arrived early, was greeted by two men at the front desk. Both of them couldn’t find my booking and there was no time for them to do the work. Then they said too bad we can’t just fit you in today without a booking. I showed them my phone with their store phone number in it. I reiterated they booked me in for an appointment at 4pm today. I chose this store because it was close to where we were staying.
What a complete waste of time. I won’t be booking into Mycar again with crap attitudes and failures from them for not actually booking me in as agreed. I’ll go elsewhere for appropriate customer service.

Good price and service done in reasonable time also staff were helpful and polite
