Understood the urgency of my situation (leaking coolant/engine overheating), the team were able to book me in straight away, then identified and resolved the issue.

I dropped my car of at the garage. I was notified of one problem with a shock absorber and the overall cost of the service. The service and shock absorber replacement were finished in a timely manner. I was notified when my car was ready for pickup. I paid the amount notified earlier. The log books were all completed. No dramas and two weeks later my car is driving me about fine. Thank you My Car for taking care of my logbook servicing.

I've had my car serviced here previously which was good. So came back for a pretty urgent repair, just a quick call to ask for a quote and booked it in. Dropped my car off in the morning and got it back in the afternoon. Love getting a text message to say it's ready before the estimated time so that was a bonus. Thank you, will be back!

Contact you prior to doing any work on your vehicle. Give you different options if possible. Let you know how much it’s all going to cost before starting any work

We have been taking our Hyundai to Mycar for about 3 years. Recently the customer service has been sadly lacking, recently my Wife took her car there and felt like she was being rushed out the door, no time was taken to explain anything. There is no report that says anything about what might need fixing in the near future.

It was a no fuss appointment and the job was done on time. The staff were friendly and helpful so alltogether I was very happy with the experience.

Been here twice, they're always so friendly and helpful. They have never made me feel like an idiot or ripped off compared to other places I've been. AND have never had any problems with my car afterwards.

Did wheel aligment and balancing yesterday but the steering still not straight

I really like my car is returned in a clean condition. I mean anything used by the mechanic is removed from the vehicle and no grease marks are left behind, a fantastic job thankyou
