Easy to book my car in for the repairs and service it needed. All done with in a day.

They fixed the clutch very well. Communication is lacking a bit since I was told it would take 2 days and not informed it would take longer.

First time doing business with them and would say impress with regards the service they give. Will definitely go back to them to service my car

Professionalism at its best! The staff honoured the Black Friday deal and gave a discount for another service. I got 4 new tyres, rego check, a wheel alignment, a full service and complimentary 12mth roadside assistance for an exceptionally reasonable price. I would highly recommend using these guys!!!

The team at Narellan has excellent customer service. They have fair pricing and are quick and efficient. I’ve never had a bad experience with these guys and would recommend them to everyone.

Friendly counter staff car appears to be running well after 120k service. Disappointed that my car interior stinks of petrol fumes. Possibly the reason my windows were left half open when I collected it. I called and left a voice mail message for someone to explain why this occurred but surprise surprise no call back Not happy fumes still evident the next day despite leaving windows down

Booked my car logbook service. On the drop off day was told that they were short staff and couldn’t give a time that it would be finished. I was in a shopping centre so just said that was fine. Rang me a couple of hours later and said due to being a bigger than usual that there was extra things to be done. I already knew that. Gave me a quote that was reasonable and I gave the ok. About lunchtime they rang and said my car was ready.

I recommend narellan my car was so fast with service got it done in less than an hour when usually a couple of hours very respectful and so easy to talk to and communicate just so good will be my mechanic every day of the week now 😄😄😄

quick fast and polite

As always been servicing my car here for years and the team has always been reasonable on price and standards of work. They don't skimp out and run you around being honest about what needs to be done. Now we have an EV they now will be able to do our servicing for that as they are now accredited for electric vehicles.

The car wasnt serviced on time and were advised by the service person to call them directly to book and not make an appointment via booking link provided.
